For me, Fizzle Out has always been a personal passion. A place to share photos, file away recipes, document my life and challenge myself – both in a creative sense as well as in writing. I often struggle to find the right words to express myself, both in written and spoken language, so in the theory that ‘practice makes perfect’ it targets an ongoing goal of self-improvement.
Since I haven’t ever thought to ‘monetise’ or ever had the opportunity to work with brands, my experience in ‘sponsored posts’ and product reviews is very limited.
So, when I found out that part of my role as a Garnier Ambassador involves blogging about some of the products they have been sending me to try I was excited for the new challenge.
Thankfully Garnier have been fabulous and taken such good care of us as ambassadors, encourage us to blog honestly regardless of whether we like or dislike the products and they have really given us creative freedom with regards to our blogging for the Take Care Project.
My ‘Take Care Project’ blog will be all about the Garnier products that I try, as well as updates on our progress with our university student wellbeing project. Please do come visit (and leave a comment) if you are at all interested in their budget friendly beauty products, as I will be sharing my thoughts on my favourite products adventures in home hair-dying, the quest for the perfect skin and my ongoing dilemma with crazy curls and frizzy hair.
